 Communication
You enjoy the benefit of an efficient communication channel, based on a permanent Internet connection via our dedicated line. This includes a protected FTP site devoted to the exchange of data. In the interest of openness, our communication system integrates very simply with yours.
Security
Only those authorized can cross our "firewall". All incoming data is thoroughly checked by a constantly updated anti-virus program. We make regular automatic backups of your environment and all our systems are fully protected against electrical overload.
Network
The GlobaWare International team works on a mixed internal network, based on a production server with access to files via NetBEUI, TCP/IP and DECnet.
Equipment
Your products are received on our Intel, Alpha or SPARC systems, whatever the operating system used: Windows NT, Windows 9x or 2000, Unix/Linux, Solaris or OpenVMS. We're equipped with the most common development environments (Visual Basic, Visual C, Visual Java, InstallShield, PHP, ASP, Dreamweaver, Homesite, etc) as well as the main document creation and graphic design tools (PageMaker, MS Office, RoboHelp, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
