Starting June 12, 2002, each time you order translation services from the GlobaWare International team of professional translators, you will earn GlobaPlus points. These points can then be spent on free of charges localization services. You can use them whenever you choose. Save them to reduce the cost of a big globalization project, or use them on one of those last minute jobs that are always coming up.

How can I benefit from the GlobaPlus program?
As a GlobaWare International customer, you are automatically registered to the GlobaPlus program. Next time you will place an order, you will earn points; these new points will be listed on your invoice.
Your quarterly statement!
Every quarter, you will receive your GlobaPlus statement which will give you the number of points that you earned during the period. This statement will also list the number of points that you converted into services, along with your new balance, available for new free of charges translation services.
Accumulate your GlobaPlus points
Every order you place at GlobaWare International earns you points. Each point is equal to the total amount of your order divided by 200, multiplied by a factor equal to the total amount of your order divided by 10,000*.
Example: if the total amount of your order is US$ 32000. you will earn:
- Your points: 32,000 / 200 = 160 Points
- Your factor: integer part of (32,000 / 10,000) = 3
- Total: 160 x 3 = 480 points, added to your current balance.
*: Calculation of the number of points W earned for an order of a total amount T
Points T = O / 200; Bonus N = integer part of (C / 10,000) - limited to 10
Total number of GlobaPlus points earned for this order: W = round(P x N)
Convert your GlobaPlus points into free localization services
At any time, you can use the points you earned to order free of charge services. The amount of points that you used will then be taken off from your current balance, and reported on your GlobaPlus quarterly statement.
According to your needs, select one of the services listed in the table below. Of course, you can ask for several services simultaneously, as long as your current balance permits it.

Terms and conditions of the GlobaPlus program
GlobaWare International commit to deliver free translation services from the GlobaPlus program with the same quality and speed as for the charged services.
The GlobaPlus program is valid under the following conditions:
- All earned points can be used immediately, from the first order. They can even be integrated into the current order to obtain a discount, as long as total number of earned points for this order covers the free service request.
- All points are earned until december 31st following the anniversary of their acquisition.
- Volumes mentioned in the table of available services cannot be divided. For exemple, it is not possible to ask for the translation from English to French of 500 words, for a total number of 50 points.
- It is not possible to anticipate acquisition of points.
- A 5 working days notification is required prior to the execution of a free service.
- Free services will be delivered in the same schedule conditions as for the charged services.
- The non conformance to GlobaWare standard sales conditions, or to a specific sales agreement, will lead to the cancellation of all earned points.
