French speaking Project Managers and Translators

We are requiring additional French Project Managers and Translators  in our Nice (France) office to help us ease our current growth. They will be responsible of managing all aspects of the projects, including project planning, quality, booking resources and provision of status reports (internal and/or external), in order to deliver quality products to our clients. They will work closely with various resources (translators, DTP editors, engineers) to ensure timely delivery of projects to meet client requirements. They will translate from English to French projects with very small volumes and perform quality controls on translations completed by other external or internal resources. They will provide clients with quotations as per their requests and specifications, ensuring that the relevant internal and external resources have been consulted as appropriate. Finally, they will have to establish, maintain and develop client relationships. Knowledge and skills requirements

  • English to French translator degree and translation experience for the IT industry background of several years
  • PM experience at least 1 year. Spanish as a second language is a plus.
  • Experience with large companies from high tech industry
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Financial awareness/budget management
  • Customer service skills
  • Time management/prioritization skills
  • Schedule and external resources management
  • Problem solving
  • Experience with language quality management and/or other international quality standards

Translators from English/German to French
